This tired 1970's farmhouse was given a new lease on life The project involved a complete strip out of the interior with alterations made to the bedroom wing. Space was reclaimed from an oversized dining room to provide an internal laundry and storage to maximise the useable floor space. Dilapidated early 1900’s villa brought back to life We were engaged by the owners to transform this very tired villa. It was a major renovation in Herne Bay, and we had the pleasure of working alongside Hoxha Bailey Architects and Celine Vernezy Interior Design. NZIA Auckland Architecture Award recipient Multi-Unit Housing This Orakei town house development was designed by Megan Edwards Architects. The rear house is a three storey dwelling designed as a home for the owners, with the ground floor being a separate dwelling for extended family members.
